ShriAstroG offers personalized astrological services which require extensive analysis and expert consultation. Due to the nature of these services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Services

• Astrology reports (Kundli, Horoscope, etc.)

• Live Pandit consultations

• Vastu and Puja bookings

• Any service once the astrologer has started working on it

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may request a refund if:

• You have paid for a service but it was not delivered within the promised timeline

• A duplicate payment has been made due to a technical glitch

• The service was booked but was not confirmed by our team

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction by emailing support@shriastro.org.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5-7 working days

• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the response, you may escalate the issue by contacting our support line. Our internal review team will ensure a fair resolution.
